The Uzbeks in Osh still adhere
to their cultural heritage. This man is dressed in the traditional
Uzbek embroidered cap and long overcoat. On the right are piles
of lepioshky, a bread cooked in a tandoor oven
much like that found in Afghanistan and Pakistan. |
